1 Awake, awake, put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city; for there shall no more come into you the uncircumcised and the unclean.
2 Shake yourself from the dust and arise; be seated, O Jerusalem; loose the bonds from your neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
This is the third Awake Awake
Day before yesterday – Calling God to action
Yesterday – God promised deliverance from the ones walking all over you.
Take off what your enemies put on you.
God sets us free.
Truth: We have to wake up & step into the freedom God has given us.
Eg. Lottery winners
Application: We have to take action. Wake up. Shake off the dust. Loose the bonds.
