28 “For I say to you, among those born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.”
The Holy Spirit has been talking to me a lot about the kingdom of God.
Over the next few episodes I will be talking about what Holy Spirit has been showing me.
John the Baptist — the greatest of the prophets.

Least in kingdom of heaven is greater.
What is it about the kingdom of heaven that is greater?
John the Baptist was transition from LAW & PROPHETS to the NEW COVENANT
[Mat 3:1-2 NKJV] 1 In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, 2 and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!”
At hand = coming near
Jesus used the same words.
Jesus parables – kingdom is like
Jesus miracles – demonstration of the kingdom of God
Jesus did NOT say “the kingdom of God is HERE NOW.”
The religious types started bugging Jesus: “Just when is the kingdom of God supposed to get here?”
Jesus: Kingdom of God isn’t something you’ll see with your eyes — it’s inside you
Truth: You carry the kingdom of God inside you.
Everyone who is a follower of Jesus is an ambassador. Citizen of heaven – representing heaven to earth.
Action: Adopt the culture of the kingdom.
Culture of the kingdom of God is not the culture of the Church!
Study the parables of Jesus. Wherever he says, “The kingdom is like . . . .”
Represent the culture of heaven to this world.
